Centre for Early Music Performance and Research
The Collective for Early Music Performance and Research present a lunchtime concert featuring an array of student early music ensembles. Under its Director, Professor Andrew Kirkman, CEMPR provides opportunities for students to learn on
the early equivalent of their modern instrument, develop their technique and make performance decisions based on research and workshop activity across the year. Students perform on viols, early flutes, keyboards, recorders, natural trumpets and in specialist vocal ensembles.
