Birmingham University Liturgical Choir sing Evensong at Lichfield Cathedral

Birmingham University Liturgical Choir were pleased to sing Evensong this month at Lichfield Cathedral as part of their visiting choirs programme.

A scratch choir formed of singers from Birmingham University Singers, University Women’s Choir, and University Camerata came together to prepare Evensong on Saturday 20 October, which included Noble’s Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis in B minor. Under the guidance of Dr Paul Rodmell, the newly formed choir will continue to perform once per academic term at various cathedrals across the West Midlands and beyond.
