Gianmarco Brocchi is a Teaching Fellow at the School of Mathematics.

Gianmarco was a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Maria Carmen Reguera and Jonathan Bennett at the University of Birmingham.

He completed his M.Sc. in 2017 at the University of Bonn under the direction of Dr. Diogo Oliveira e Silva.
He graduated from the University of Pisa in 2014.

  • PhD in Pure Mathematics, 2021, University of Birmingham
  • MSc in Mathematics, 2017, University of Bonn
  • BSc in Mathematics, 2014, University of Pisa

Gianmarco is broadly interested in Real and Harmonic Analysis. His most recent research deals with questions at the interface between Complex Analysis, Operator Theory and Harmonic Analysis, such as weighted estimates for the Bergman projection.

Gianmarco’s previous work also concerned weighted estimates for square function operators and restriction theory for the Fourier transform.
