I am a Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham, working under Dr Simon Goodwin. I specialise in the theory of linear algebraic groups.

Qualifications

Biography

I completed my MMath degree at Babeş-Bolyai University in 2016. I studied for my PhD at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne under the supervision of Donna Testerman, which I completed in 2022. I currently hold a Research Fellow position at the University of Birmingham.

Research

Research Activity

My research interests are centered around the two big questions in the theory of algebraic groups: subgroup structure and representation theory. I am currently studying element behaviour in irreducible representations of simple linear algebraic groups.
