  The term "Win Win" recognises the mutual benefits – to both women and the university – of supporting women’s advancement and leadership. The Win Win network was established as a bottom-up initiative convened by and for women at the University of Birmingham.\n
 The event is organised in collaboration with the BAME Staff Network which aims to provide a space to discuss, question, challenge and take action where necessary to promote race equality and diversity.\n
