The speakers will be presenting some of the work they have conducted at the Centre for Food and Hospitality Research, Institut Paul Bocuse, where they study meal pleasure in real eating situations.
Dr Giboreau will give an overview of their research and an example of work conducted in school restaurants while Virginie will present her work involving Alzheimer's meals in institutions.
