Title of PhD: Regret and decision making in neurologically damaged patients

Supervisors: Dr Sarah Beck and Professor Glyn Humphreys

Caroline Putt is undertaking doctoral research investigating counterfactual thinking, regret and decision making in neurologically impaired patients. To gain a full understanding of the neurological processes involved in counterfactual thinking and decision making, I research the component processes of counterfactual emotions and investigate the brain areas that facilitate behavioral modification.

Biography

Caroline Putt completed her undergraduate degree in psychology, immediately followed by her postgraduate research masters in psychology, both at the University of Birmingham.
