Rachel Royston is undertaking doctoral research into the nature or anxiety and mood disorders in adolescents and adults with Williams Syndrome. She is looking into both environmental and other potential triggers of anxiety and individual variables that may affect the effectiveness of interventions to reduce and manage anxiety problems.

Biography

Rachel graduated from the University of Birmingham in June 2014 with a first class honours degree in Psychology. She began her PhD funded by the Williams Syndrome Foundation and the charity Cerebra in September 2014.
