I am focusing my research in the philosophy of psychiatry and psychology with a specific focus on both sub-clinical anxiety and anxiety disorders. I am currently investigating the language and philosophical aspects underlying the nosology, nosography, classification, diagnosis and treatment of anxiety disorders within the realm of psychiatry and psychology. The purpose of this research is to help refine and improve upon the way in which anxiety in understood, represented in language and conceptualized in terms of psychiatric, psychological, sociological, socio-linguistic and philosophical dialogues.
