Research

My study investigates the effectiveness of a Muslim women leaders at Malaysian Institute of Teacher Education (ITE) on their leadership styles, decision quality, leadership practice and competencies that have enabled them to lead effectively, also their perceptions of the influence of culture, authority/power, gender and Islamic leadership on their effectiveness as leaders. The main source of research data is from a surveys and in-depth individual face-to-face interviews with respondents of three campuses of ITE who consented to participate in the research.
