Developing a compassionate organisation: An Action Learning Set Approach - 5 December 2013

This is the fourth and final day in a series of four events

The format is a combination of expert input and facilitated learning sets to help people to put the evidence into practice in their own organisations. As far as we are aware this is the only national learning set aimed at building a community of practice - of practitioners from across the health and social care system who are aware of the impact of emotional labour, and are keen to explore ways of implementing support systems for staff in their organisations.

Limited places available, however new members are welcome, at a reduced fee of £1,500 - this includes venue, lunch, refreshments, seminar and facilitated Action Learning sets.
