Priorities 2016 is the biennial conference of the International Society on Priorities in Health Care (ISPHC). This will see the meeting come 'home' to where ISPHC was first set up in 1996.

The 3 day conference will be co-hosted by the Health Services Management Centre (College of Social Science) and the Department of Health Economics (College of Medical and Dental Sciences) with Dr Iestyn Williams and Professor Jo Coast as chairs.

The theme for Priorities 2016 is 'New frontiers of priority setting'. The focus will be on current challenges in priority setting and new ways of meeting these challenges through research, policy and practice.

Plenary speakers will be drawn from the international priority setting research community, national organisations (e.g. WHO) and national guidance-producing bodies.

The Conference will be held at the University of Birmingham Medical School (Building B1 on the campus map).
