Led by Dr Iestyn Williams, Director of Research at the Health Services Management Centre, this session will share findings from a major NIHR-funded study of practice and experience of decommissioning in the NHS, drawing on international examples, in order to support STPs in making tough financial decisions about health and care.

This session is the first in a three-part series on contemporary issues in health management, and is ideal for senior managers implementing STPs.

The event includes networking and a light supper.
