Join us on Tuesday 14 November at the Health Foundation for an evening to hear from some of the leading minds in service redesign, (including some who have taken their organisation through it), and a first look at some new research into service prioritisation and decommissioning.

A terrific list of speakers for the evening includes Dame Ruth Carnell, chair of the Success Regime in North East and West Devon. NEW Devon is one of three such regimes focussing support on areas with deep-rooted financial or quality challenges. Her perspectives will be invaluable.

This session is for anybody involved in STP delivery, namely: provider chairs and chief executives, CCG accountable officers and COOs, STP leads and local authority chief executives.

You will gain insights on:

  • New research into priority setting and decommissioning from Dr Iestyn Williams.
  • Navigating the legal challenges involved in making and implementing difficult decisions.
  • How difficult change processes can be effective, transparent and robust.

Venue: Auditorium, The Health Foundation, 90 Long Acre, London WC2E 9RA
