IRiS is hosting a workshop on causes, experiences and responses to poverty among migrants and refugees. As an introduction to the workshop, we will present the findings of our recent reviews on poverty and migration, (IRiS WP 4-2014) and asylum (IRiS WP 1-2014) in the UK.

The reviews were commissioned by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation as part of their Anti-Poverty Strategy. The aim of the workshop is to take stock of existing evidence and discuss future scenarios and possible actions.
