  • MSc in Health Economics, City, University of London, 2018
  • BSc (Hons) in Financial Economics, Kingston University London, 2017

After completing his MSc at City, University of London, Nishit joined the Health Economics Unit in January 2019. Prior to joining the HEU, he was a visiting researcher at King’s College London.

Nishit’s research interest primarily includes valuing and measuring both patient and carer outcomes for the inclusion in economic evaluation and the use of econometric techniques in health care. His current research focusses on valuing carer effects using econometric methods to provide a weight for carer (relative to patient) quality of life and conducting an economic evaluation of treatments for patients with multimorbidity, taking into account the impact on carers.
