I completed my PhD in Chemistry at Columbia University in 2021 under the supervision of Professor Jonathan Owen. In addition to researching the synthesis and characterisation of semiconductor nanocrystals, I contributed to the teaching of several undergraduate chemistry classes. After graduating, I spent a year teaching chemistry classes at different universities in NYC (Columbia, Barnard, Fordham) before moving back to the UK and joining the University of Birmingham.
