MA, Tourism Business Administration, Birmingham University (2010)

BA (Hons), Tourism and Business Management, Birmingham University (2007)

For the last 10 years, I have been studying about, researching on, or working with business. During my studies and work experience I was drawn by the concept of consumer behaviour and how service settings impact in the interactions.

Intrigued by the topic, I pursued a relevant PhD from the Department of Marketing at Warwick Business School. My thesis examined consumer interaction with, and perceptions of Authenticity and Narrative Transportation in heritage tourism settings and the resulting implications on engagement and evaluation.
