Undergraduate Admissions

Can I appeal the decision?

  • If you applied from outside the UK to study in the UK and your application was refused you can only request for an administrative review - this is a Home Office procedure which allows you to challenge a decision to refuse a visa application. Not all students will have the right to an administrative review; you will be advised by IST accordingly.
  • If you applied in the UK to continue your studies and your application was refused, you can ask for an administrative review if you applied after 20 October 2014.
  • If you applied before the 20 October 2014 you can appeal the decision.
