My visa has been refused and my immigration permission has ended, do I need to leave the UK?
If your visa has been refused, you may have a right to appeal or a right to request an administrative review. Whilst your appeal or administrative review is pending you are permitted to remain in the UK. However if your appeal or your administrative review is refused you must leave the UK.
