What is an established presence in the UK?
Established presence is a provision where you are eligible to show a reduced maintenance cost if you are applying for leave to remain under one of the following categories:
- Tier 4 Doctorate Extension Scheme (including those applying to be your dependants)
- Student Route leave as a student union sabbatical officer
- Student Route leave as a postgraduate doctor or dentist on a recognised Foundation programme
If you qualify for established presence the maximum amount you will need for living costs is £1015 x 2 which equates to £2030.
