I have uploaded a document but have received an email saying my document has not been approved. What do I need to do?

If you receive an email stating that your document has not been approved please read it carefully as it will state the reason we have not been able to approve this document. Please return to the correct form and re-submit your correct document. You will receive individual emails for each document so please re-upload any that have not been approved.

If you are not able to provide an alternative image that corrects the problem, e.g. the visa is out of date, please contact us, using the button below, as soon as possible.
