Our Insight into the Professions sessions give Year 10 and 11 students at local schools a fun and engaging view of the healthcare, legal and engineering professions.
We are holding three Insight into the Professions events in 2023 covering the healthcare, engineering, and legal professions. Events will take place in person on campus Wednesday afternoons.
The sessions aim to raise students’ awareness of professional careers and opportunities available to them. Events will provide students with useful information and tools to help them make informed decisions about their futures.
Each event will focus on a particular professional industry. Students will have an opportunity to take part in an interactive lecture. There will be plenty of opportunity for students to get involved and ask questions.

Bookings for these sessions are open now on the masterclasses webpage . Places are limited and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis to local widening participation schools.
If any of the pupils have any specific needs or requirements, please email the Masterclass Team in advance of the Insight session.
We are able to offer schools and colleges these spaces free of charge, and would kindly request that all of our partner schools and colleges help us to use these limited spaces in the most productive way possible. If you are no longer able to attend and wish to release these spaces to other schools and colleges on the waiting list, please let us know by Wednesday 15 March. After this date, no further bookings or cancellations can take place.
