Selly Oak Court is contemporary student accommodation located in the cosmopolitan Selly Oak area of Birmingham. At less than a 20 minute walk from the main Edgbaston Campus at the University of Birmingham and only a 15 minute walk from Selly Oak campus this accommodation is ideally located.

Selly Oak is a popular living area for students studying at the University offering a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, take-aways, pharmacies, doctors, dentists and much more.

Selly Oak Court offers modern and stylish en suite accommodation in flats of 4, 5 and 6 sharing a kitchen and living area.

You will benefit from 40Mb WiFi throughout with IPTV and a wide range of TV channels. This new build also benefits from an outstanding, interior-designed modern communal area that includes a range of zones; including a games area and TV lounge, there is also a fully equipped gym and a separate study room.

  • In order to secure this accommodation a booking fee of £250 is required which will then convert to a refundable security deposit once your accommodation has been confirmed by Selly Oak Court.
  • Selly Oak Court also provides the option of a payment plan whereby you pay in three installments. To participate in this scheme, a UK guarantor is required.


Limited parking is available at Selly Oak Court. In order to reserve a parking space you must apply for a permit through Selly Oak Court. Permit prices for the 2016/17 academic year are £10 per week.
