Community Updates

Dear neighbours and student residents,

We understand that the building work at Pritchatts Park village can, at times, be disruptive and we want to do all we can to minimise any disruption. We appreciate that advance warning of any construction work is helpful for our neighbours and as such, this page will be updated regularly and will provide you with the latest update on the construction work, so you know what to expect and approximate timescales. Please check it regularly.

If you have any queries, or if you wish to raise any concerns, please email the Pritchatts Park Living Team or call +44 (0)121 414 9022.

  • We do not expect the Games to have a significant impact on parking. Grange Road car park is being closed from 10 - 29 August for the blind football. The South Gate car park will also be closed from 13 - 27 August due to volunteer and workforce parking. Spectators will be directed towards the Northeast multi-story car park so this may be busier than usual during Games time (18 – 27 August). Any long-term parking for home teams or officials will be based at King Edwards School.
  • No road closures are expected, other than Grange Road near Estates Maintenance.
