Carly joined Nationwide Building Society straight after graduation and has worked there ever since. Her job varies day to day and often sees her meeting investors, have a technical focus on bonds pricing, and leading on a site champion initiative to make the London offices a better place to work.
Her time at Birmingham not only taught her how to cook, but if gave her the opportunity to learn perseverance as you don't always get the results you want in labs, and the same is true in the workplace.
