Aerospace Society

AeroThe Aerospace Society of the University of Birmingham (Aerosoc) is comprised of a group of engineering students interested in aerospace who get together for socials as well as design and projects. Lately, we have been working on designing and building an RC airplane from scratch and plan on flying it along with a Cessna model we already have. In the future, we are going to hold small projects to build airplanes for different challenges and even enter the UAS Challenge, the inter-university drone competition run by the IMechE.

If you are interested in joining and want to come along to any of our meetings please contact Alex on ASB932@student.bham.ac.uk for more information, and join us on Facebook
