DESCRIPTION:This Masterclass is aimed at postdocs and early career researchers who are interested in how to lead a successful academic career in the face of adversity. Professor Kate Thomas will explore how one can thrive following failure and give her own personal insight into overcoming challenges.\n
 Professor Kate Thomas is the Vice Dean for Medicine and programme director for the medicine degree programme. She leads the team of academics who develop and manage the programme.\n
 Open to all postdocs and early career researchers in the Colleges of EPS and LES.\n
