DESCRIPTION:This 90 minute online session will provide you with tools to help you to focus and prepare for non-academic interviews. We will also explore how to present yourself in the most positive manner possible.
 You will create a plan to:\n

Identify and communicate your key achievements
Use a job description and person specification to prepare for interview
Explore and prepare clear and thorough responses to behavioural questions

 The skills covered in this session will be relevant for interviews for professional services roles within HE as well as interviews for role outside of HE.  This session will therefore be of benefit to anyone considering applying for a wide range of non-academic roles both inside and outside HE.\n
 The session will be delivered by POD specifically for EPS & LES PERCAT.\n
