The shortlist for the Birmingham University Awards for Tremendous Achievement (BUAFTAs) has been announced, and HEFi’s Catherine Coltman has made the shortlist in the Exceptional Customer Service category.
Congratulations to Catherine, TEL Hub Developer in the College of Arts and Law, who made the final 5 in her category, which is all about recognising those who go the extra mile to give their customers a top quality service experience. Over 800 nominations were received across the 10 categories in 2018.
Winners will be announced at the awards event, which takes place on 16 February 2018.
