Our futures-focused CPD invites academic and professional services colleagues across the University to come together, learn from each other, and share best practice in teaching and learning. Our CPD includes our innovative cross-disciplinary peer observation scheme (the Open Classroom) and face-to-face events that explore evidence-based teaching practice. OPEN CLASSROOM INITIATIVE The Open Classroom initiative provides the opportunity to observe, or have others observe a particular element of teaching that staff are interested in or would like to showcase.
