TEDx University of Birmingham is an event that will showcase eight high-impact talks from various speakers based around the theme of Throwing Caution to the Wind – or in other words, risk taking. Speakers cannot exceed the timeframe of 18 minutes, keeping talks general, concise and above all inspirational and entertaining.
We have an eclectic selection of speakers lined up covering topics as diverse as North Korea, post-conflict resolution, progress in cancer treatment and robots!
This is the University’s first ever TEDx event and is not be missed!

Due to license restrictions from TED we could only sell a limited number of tickets for this event, but there will hopefully be many more events in the future with larger ticket allocations.
