An open lecture by Professor Sam Hickey of the Institute for Development Policy and Management, University of Manchester, is giving an open lecture as part of the celebrations for the 50th Anniversary of the UoB International Development Department and on the eve of the 2013 Development Studies Association conference to be hosted at the University of Birmingham.
