BEASTtools is a fully modular cross-platform environment for exploring and processing sound in 2- and 8-channel formats. The system comprises a number of processing 'tools', each with a specific function, which can be daisy-chained together to form a work environment. BEASTtools also has facilities for accepting live audio streams, hosting VST plugins, up to 8-channel recording, and controlling channel routing for different software programs and applications.

BEASTtools v1.0 is now available for download. To run BEASTtools you will need Max/MSP or Max Runtime. Simply download and unzip the bundle and follow the instructions in the ReadMe file.
