Specific information for your country or region

We host students from approximately 150 countries at our stunning campuses. We have created dedicated pages to provide you with information on country and region specific entry requirements, forthcoming visits by our staff to your region, information on student life and much more.

On each page you can also read about the experiences of students from your country or region. On several of these pages students and alumni share their cultural experiences, reflect on studying in a different country and elaborate on how they made the most of their time in the United Kingdom.

You can also find out about forthcoming events in your country.

At the University of Birmingham, we work with representatives (education agents) in a number of countries. Details of our representatives are listed on the “meet us” tab of our country pages. We train our agents to deliver a professional service to all prospective applicants and we work with them to ensure standards are maintained. We subscribe to the UK’s Agent Quality Framework. You can find out more about the Agent Quality Framework by visiting the British Universities International Liaison Association website. If you have any feedback on the level of service provided by an education agent you have used, please provide us with further details
