The Department of Marketing at Birmingham Business School delivers internationally excellent research and teaching. Our world renowned research active staff are contributing to the wider field of Marketing and beyond through publications in top ranked journals, organising key events and conferences worldwide, obtaining funding from national and international research councils and grant schemes, and many holding positions on editorial boards of internationally recognised journals. Our teaching impacts at Undergraduate, MSc, MBA and PhD levels.

Professor of Marketing shortlisted for WES 2017 SAGE Prize

We offer our congratulations to Prof´╗┐essor Lloyd C. Harris, Professor of Marketing who's co-authored paper with Professor Emmanuel Ogbonna (University of Cardiff) 'Ethnic gatekeeping on the shopfloor: a study of bases, motives and approaches' has been nominated for the WES 2017 SAGE Prize for Innovation and/or Excellence.
