Module description:

This module examines some of the most important duties imposed, and rights conferred, on Member States, businesses and individuals under the Treaties establishing the European Union. Building on Legal Foundations of the European Union, it examines aspects of the law relating to freedom of movement in the European Union and the competition rules laid down in the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, as well as the procedure for enforcing those rules.




Modules and Courses are constantly updated and under review.
