I am a member of the low-energy portion of the Nuclear Physics Group within the School of Physics & Astronomy. My research area focuses on the overlapping regions of nuclear structure to understand the fundamentals of the nuclear force, and nuclear astrophysics to understand the origins of the elements and the future of our Universe.
I also help direct the scientific programme at the new high-intensity neutron facility – HF-ADNeF – and work with outside users.
