We regularly play other local university and club sides, including Mosely, Harborne and even Rolls-Royce. Closer to home we hold annual matches against both the University’s 2nd and 3rd XV, and the Med School’s 1st and 2nd XV, along with a very popular game and social with “Old Boys” who’ve graduated from the Uni.Engineering Rugby Team photo 2019

We’re a tight-knit group with a strong inclusive ethos, welcoming all abilities from those who are seasoned played to anyone who’s not picked up a rugby ball. We have two permanent teams who compete weekly, and a casual team, training twice a week with an added fitness session. We’re really proud of our Club and our community’s so strong we’re the only College club to have won “Sports Team of the Year” at the EPS Societies’ Awards twice!
