Is there Life beyond our Solar system?
|
The growing field of Exoplanetology relies on astronomical methods of investigation, and on knowledge acquired across centuries, from Geology, Biology, Chemistry, Philosophy, and others. How similar and how different other planets are compared to the Earth will be explored in an IAS Workshop, led by Dr Amaury Triaud, aiming to weave together a constellation of academic disciplines that have branched out a long time ago.
