University of Birmingham and Italy

We have a long tradition of welcoming students from Italy. There are currently 173 Italian students following a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the University.

Our admissions and recruitment teams are available to provide you with support during all stages of your enquiry and application to the University. We regularly visit Italy to enable you to meet our staff in your country, and we offer a range of ways to speak to our staff and current students to get information and advice on living and studying in Birmingham.

On your country page, you can find information concerning entry requirements, funding, events in your country, and contact details for our in country representatives.

Chiara Cerrato

“I chose the University of Birmingham because of the high ranking of the department. I also talked to some of the staff before applying. They answered all my questions quickly and in detail and they were and still are very helpful and easy to talk to. Another reason for choosing Birmingham was the amazing campus! Typical British red-brick buildings, just like the old style you see on television!”

The following information is for guidance only and should be used together with the University's general entrance requirements and any specific degree programme requirements.
