Older Lady: I’ve met some interesting students and lecturers as well.

Girl #1: I went to the hall and it’s really really big and the ceiling’s nice too.

Mum Family #3: And that was your favourite thing

Boy Family #3: Yeah

Mum: Yeah, Josie, what was your favourite thing?

(pause)

Girl #3: Hook-a-duck!

Family #2: The Helter Skelter! (in unison)

Girl #4: I like the helter skelter and the obstacle course, it was really nice.

Girl #5: Well I really liked the climbing wall and also the science stuff in the hall

Man: Yeah I think these days are very valuable to both the university and the local community because it brings the university to the community and helps them to see that further education is something that can be aspired to and help them and their children in years to come.

Lady: Oh yeah, it’s been a fantastic day and really nice; I would definitely come back again.

Girl #1: I really enjoyed today and I would like to come back again.

Dad Family #3: Definitely, we’ve had a wonderful day

Mum Family #3: Have we enjoyed it?

Boy and Girl Family #3: YEAH!

Dad Family #1: Definitely, I think a picture speaks a thousand words, you only have to look around behind us and see hundreds of families, young children, older family members all coming out, coming together. It’s just a wonderful day out.
