Careers and Coffee

Are you a recent graduate (0-5 years out) in need of a quick careers chat? 

Book a 30 minute one-to-one slot with an experienced mentor from our alumni community. Explore your options in conversation about your career and get some top tips and advice from someone who has been in your shoes. 

Our mentors are drawn from different sectors and professions and have all volunteered their time to offer recent graduates some support. Your mentor will be randomly assigned to you and will be able to offer you general careers advice and an outside perspective. Please come prepared with a few points you wish to discuss, to ensure you make the most of your session.

Slots are offered on a first come first served basis and will be at any time between 6pm - 8pm BST. To register, please email alumniofficestudents@contacts.bham.ac.uk
