All aboard the Art Bus!
Take an after-hours tour of the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, Ikon Gallery, the RBSA Gallery, Eastside Projects and mac birmingham.
Birmingham’s galleries are celebrating the festive season with a return of the popular FREE Galleries Night and Art Bus on Friday 2 December, 5 – 9pm.
Travel on the Art Bus and visit the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, Ikon Gallery, the RBSA Gallery and mac birmingham in one night. Plus, for the first time this year, there will also be a stop at Eastside Projects in Digbeth.
All five galleries are open late, with free tours as well as mulled wine and mince pies for visitors. It's also a good opportunity to do some Christmas shopping, with books, jewellery, works of art, pocket money items and other bespoke gifts available from the Barber, Ikon Gallery and the RBSA Gallery.
The Barber’s Christmas Craft Fair will be open for business during the evening too, featuring handmade gifts, gift wrap and cards for your loved ones this year. There’ll also be unique and exquisite jewellery, ceramics, prints and much more, all crafted by the very best talent in the region.
