Specialism/expertise:
My role is to lead the CTL Prep Team, a group of 14 technicians with diverse skills and experience by setting direction, mobilising their collective effort, passion and commitment in transforming the CTL laboratories into an innovative, effective and safe zone for the students to practice STEM subjects. As a Deputy, I support in envisioning, engaging and executing operations of CTL.
Experience/Biography:
My professional experiences span over 21 years as an academic, lecturer, mentor, technician, team leader and Manager in diverse institutions across three different countries. Having academic qualifications in Biology and Biosciences and professional ILM qualification has equipped me with the initiative, competency and commitment necessary to succeed and facilitate a team environment for others to develop skills and achieve their targets.
