Experience
Mala's experience covers a wide range of areas, from biological research to management of university schools facilities and associated technical teams. She started as a research technician supporting microbiology, mycology and plant biological research. Mala gained management experience working in research support and facilities management and laboratory teaching support within the School of Biosciences. She moved into Technical Operations Management in the School of Chemical Engineering managing Technical staff, Building and Health & Safety related work.
