Solvent Evaporation Equipment

RapidTrace SPE

RapidTrace SPEAn Accelerated Solvent Evaporator which rapidly extracts solvents from environmental samples.

This machine is routinely used to clean up samples prior to their analysis using LC/MS/MS and GC/MS.

This instrument uses 1 mL and 3 mL cartridges and can process up to 100 samples in less than 2 hours.

turboVAP automated solvent evaporator

This instrument allows you to concentrate samples quickly using a fully automated sample evaporation system. It can simultaneously concentrate multiple samples using an inert gas supply of nitrogen.

The turboVAP allows you to concentrate for a set time or an end point sensor can be employed to stop at a level of 0.5mL or 0.75mL. The the time, temperature and gas pressure can also be altered manually. It requires 50 mL or 200 mL glassware with either 0.5 mL or 1.0 mL endpoint stems.

ACE 3000 Accelerated Solvent Extractor (ASE)

ACE 3000 Accelerated Solvent ExtractorThe ASE achieves extractions from a range of samples that would take hours using conventional methods such as soxhlett extraction.

It reduces the solvent consumption per sample as it can carry out an extraction using 50-150 mLs of solvent through the use of elevated pressures and temperatures, and is capable of carrying out extractions in 15 minutes. It uses 40mL or 60mL collection bottles and can process 24 samples unattended.
