Relaxed Opening at the Lapworth Museum

The relaxed morning event is for anyone who would like to explore the museum in a quiet environment, including people with autism and other neurodiverse needs, as well as their families/carers.

More information, including a visual guide, will be emailed to attendees a week prior to the event to help you to prepare for your visit.

Please note that although this is a relaxed opening there may still be some noises in the Museum so please bring along ear protectors if required.

The relaxed opening will run from 10:00 - 12:00. At midday, the museum will open as usual. You are welcome to stay and explore the museum after 12 noon, or you may choose to finish your visit before we open to all visitors.

Tickets

This event is free to attend but a ticket is required for each museum visitor. This helps us manage numbers.
