We are piloting something new at EuroBIC this year, to give wider exposure to poster presenters: 1 minute video presentations running on screens around the venue throughout the meeting.
We invite you to submit a 1-minute video to attract researchers to your poster by highlighting its significance.
If recording on a phone please choose the screen in landscape rather than portrait. The resolution of recording from a phone will be fine for the screen display.
Be creative, use different backgrounds, show the excitement of your work but keep it professional.
- You can use audio, there are speakers on the screens
- Include your poster details (number/title/presenter name)
Prizes will be awarded for the best presentations.
This does not replace your printed poster.
The videos will be displayed on screens during the conference to advertise your poster. By submitting your video presentation you give consent for this for this to be broadcasted during the conference and on a youtube channel organised by EuroBIC14 team.
