Trainee Information

If you have any questions which aren't answered by the below, please get in touch by emailing us at bmtc@contacts.bham.ac.uk

Are there any bursary opportunities available for your courses?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have bursary opportunies available for any of our courses.

We are attempting to source further funding to support bursaries on our courses, as they are an extremely popular option, however availability of these will be based upon the availability of grants provided by providers, and the success of our funding applications. Therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to source bursaries in the future.

If you would like to be notified should we managed to obtain further BBSRC / MRC / NERC / any other bursary opportunities, please email bmtc@contacts.bham.ac.uk.

Where could I get funding towards one of your courses?

There are numerous other organisations offering training/travel bursaries to support their membership. We have listed a few below which may be of interest to you.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive - it would be worth checking with any organisations with which you hold membership as to whether they may offer you support towards attending one of our courses:
